You wish to propose democracy to the people of Athens, however Eris’s spies notify her about your plans, so to stop you she curses you, making you the target of everybody’s grudges just before your public announcement to tell people about what democracy is. Instead, people unite and inadvertently create democracy (they called it Democratica) just to spite you, not realising this was what you wanted. So, Eris, realising the foolish humans need a leader, says that if you can become the leader of the humans and abolish their democracy, she will make you a god.
